Entry into the Facility

• You must sanitise before entry

• If you are symptomatic we ask you to put on a surgical mask before entering

• Please call to make a booking to visit any of the residents

COVID Vaccinations

• We will continue to deliver vaccinations 

• Please call reception on 03 304 7004 to make a booking

• You do not need to be registered with us to receive a vaccine

• We are vaccinating all ages above 12 years

• Booster vaccines are available if you are 18+ and have been vaccinated for more than 6 months and have not had COVID for 6 months

• If you have questions you can book a free appointment with a GP

COVID Testing

• We encourage anyone with cold and flu symptoms or who has had contact with COVID Case to get tested

• We will do COVID tests in the car park- call 03 304 7004 to book

• Patients will remain in the car while staff wear full PPE and conduct the test

• Patients who have a COVID test should isolate until the results come back

• We are completing both PCR tests and RATS
