• General Practitioner (GP) - treat illness and provide preventative care and health education

• Clinical Nurse Lead - provide professional and clinical people leadership

• Practice Nurse - provides primary nursing care and health education in the General Practice

• Registered Nurse (RN)  - provide care and support people to manage their health

• District Nurse - assess and provide care to members of the community

• Health Care Assistant (HCA) - support nurses and provide daily care for our residents

• Diversional Therapist - plan and run activities to enhance the wellbeing of our residents

• Receptionist - welcomes patients and visitors and directs them accordingly

• Cook - prepare healthy and tasty food for our residents and meals on wheels

• General Manager - accountable for the successful operation of the facility

Current Vacancies 

• Registered Nurse - Must be able to work across a range of shifts. Immediate start.  Part time or casual. 
  Our RN's work across the aged care beds and flexi beds as well as manage the phone calls afterhours (low numbers) and assist PRIME with any urgent overnight care or admissions.  We have 1 RN on 24/7 supported by 1-3 HCA staff depending on the time of day.
  
  We need someone who can work as part of a team, but is comfortable being the only RN on duty and making decisions.  We have very robust processes and have just successfully completed our 3 yearly ARC audit. We utilise Indici and HCSL (Health Care Compliance Solutions) as our patient management systems.  There is PRIME and GP support available for escalations.

 

        We run 3x 8.5 hour shifts per day, so there is time allocated for a handover at every shift change.

        Morning Shift - 7am-3:30pm
        Afternoon Shift - 3:00pm to 11:30pm
        Night Shift 11pm - 7:30am
